This is a Starbucks in a Safeway, that is, not a real Starbucks. If you want an actual coffee shop, why are you in a Safeway rather than at the Starbucks a mile down the road in the Vista Garden shopping center? Maybe because you were shopping at Safeway? In which case, be glad that the coffee here is better than the coffee at Giant.

I usually come here only when I need motivation to study, since everyone else is working here too. But honestly, the coffee is one of the worst I’ve had — very low quality and poorly made. Staff are nice, but I think they should learn how to make better coffee. Starbucks really needs to improve the coffee at this location.

Horrible customer service. Maybe we went at the wrong time but the young girl with the colorful braces was rude, disrespectful and on her personal phone having an entire personal conversation as we're standing there waiting to place an order for several minutes. Did not address us at all until I asked if she was working. We walked away because I did not need anyone spitting in my coffee with that rude attitude.

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Dani today. She was extremely helpful and patient while I couldn’t make up my mind on my order. She made my frappe quickly. Dani maintained great customer service and was very pleasant.
