The barista Casey greeted us at the door and was pleasant and friendly taking my order. Store is clean inside and with efficient service.
They didn’t even make my drink how I wanted it and then I asked them if they could remake it and they don’t even remake it right the Second time
It's a starbucks. Nice enough interior. Unfortunately, the service is horrendous. It took 25 minutes to get my coffee. It's not that they are too busy. It's that the staff just does not care. Maybe if they were trained properly. Apart from the service, the rest is ordinary. The coffee tastes as expected. There are several tables, chairs and couch. It is quiet enough to enjoy your drink. At this time, I cannot recommend this starbucks.
Went through the drive thru with my partner for a tall matcha tea latte and a venti hot water with a splash of lemonade. I’m sick, and I wanted to sip on hot water to soothe my sore throat on our long drive. The barista taking my order insisted that it was policy to charge for a venti steamed lemonade for $5. I did not ask for the lemonade steamed. I did not want a full cup. The amount I was asking for wouldn’t have even been 1/4 of a kids (8oz) size.
