I went through drive thru to order my drink and asked if a frappe drink would be able to be made into an iced drink. This has been done at other Starbucks nearby so I assumed it would be able to be done at this one too. The cashier said it couldn’t be done because stuff put into frappe drinks are exclusively for frappe drinks which had me confused since its been done at other Starbucks places. My friends and I go to this Starbucks frequently. The staff at this location is amazing. They treat us like family. The staff knows each of our orders and will often deliver our orders to the table for us! A shout out to Jules and the whole team for creating a friendly inviting atmosphere. This Starbucks location is like a locally owned coffee shop where they take the time to get to know the regulars. The best Starbucks location in town.
Horrible service, long waits, all for mediocre coffee. I hate this place more each time I come.
The staff is very friendly and quick. The drinks are tasty and the environment it upbeat.
