Today, June 21, 2026, at 8:50 pm, I entered this place a couple of minutes ago, and the cashier who served me charged me for a matcha for my friend. I was looking for my drink, and she didn't even tell us she was closing the register. When I asked if I could have this drink, she rudely told me it was closed. Since I was inside the store, I think she should have served me. She is one of the worst cashiers Starbucks has ever had. Her name is Isabella. I hope her superiors see this comment.
Service is incredible! My dad is rather picky and the team members we’re accommodating to remaking his drink to his standards thank you to the employees at this location drinks are delicious service is the reason it’s my favorite Starbucks though!
Lots of boxes piled up by bathroom. Was told there was oat milk out and I had to ask for it. They made my oat meal but forgot to make my coffee until I said something.
I usually visit the store next to Germantown Library but this store is actually more convenient for me. All the staff are friendly and warm. Their service is very efficient. Though this store doesn’t have spacious interior area, it’s always clean and cozy. Love the handwritten notes on the cup.
