I stopped going here after many (more times than not) occurrences of my drinks being mismade and the baristas not being very friendly. It wasn’t great customer service and had to call corporate to address multiple issues from them and figure things out because they refused to.
Store closes at 8:00. The kid working was shutting down at 4:30 but when I got there at 4:15, he already had espresso machines and oven turned off so all you could get were non-espresso drinks. He also made my daughter’s drink incorrectly. Very tired of poor customer service at this location.
Terrible customer service mean workers
I go to Starbucks a lot and the majority of the time my drink tastes good, however every once in a while there is an old woman who is working and she ALWAYS messes up my drink, including my friends drinks. They’ve asked for a cold drink and she makes it hot and they politely asked her if she could make it again and she took the hot drink and poured it into a cup of ice.
