This is a regular Starbucks, high quality coffee with fast service. Nothing bad.
It’s not a given that you will receive great customer service these days and the service at this Starbucks was amazing. From the person that greeted me when I walked in to the person serving they all seemed to be in a good mood and very friendly. Thank you!
Visited several times while in Boston for the Pittcon Analytical Chemistry Conference. Quick service, extremely friendly staff, and cute notes written on the cups even when the store was packed. I would highly recommend this Starbucks!
This is literally the worst Starbucks on the planet. I go here because it is in my building and regret it almost 100% of the time. They are understaffed, their technology is always "down" and I will never understand how it can take 40 minutes to microwave a crappy sandwich... Today, I asked for one of those free drink cards after waiting for my food for 45 minutes, the woman behind the counter literally turned around and walked away. Customer service at its finest...
I am writing to express my frustration regarding the coffee machine being turned off during later hours. It’s disappointing to find that I can’t get my coffee fix when I need it most. This has happened multiple times, and it feels like customer service is not a priority. Please consider keeping the coffee machine operational to meet customer demands, especially during later Hours . I hope to see improvements soon. Sincerely, Ben
