Ordered four drinks and pastries. Only three drinks were actually served, one was forgotten by the barista. To be fair, when we inquired about the missing drink 10 minutes later, the barista offered to make one on the spot. However, we're running late and couldn't wait any longer. The coffee arrived cold, even though I explicitly requested it to be extra hot. It also tasted terrible, most likely it was prepared by poorly trained or a new barista as they added a high amount of sugar in the coffee. It was as good as drinking lukewarm sugar water. It was so bad I had to throw the coffee away.
