Good ole reliable.
This store used to be my go-to, but quality has gone downhill. Orders are frequently wrong, and my most recent “grande quad shot latte” was basically a tall hidden in a bigger cup. For how expensive Starbucks is, it’s unacceptable to be shorted this often. I took one sip, noticed the drink seemed low, and checked under the lid—it was clearly short. Handed a semi frozen croissant in the drive thru. After driving away I had to return and walk in and wait while drive thru people were waited on for a new one. I tip good for this type of service?
