I went through drive thru and it was an experience, smooth conversation, I have never had before. It was like having a conversation that knew you. Not the normal give an order, take an order The gentleman on the other end made it feel like a conversation, an experience . He should have his own training dept with Starbucks or start a consulting firm training all drive through staff! It was a pleasure to have stopped there and had that !
What place won't allow you to go there for ice water? I will no longer be going here because this is absolutely ridiculous
