I received a order by door dash this morning. I ordered a venti pumpkin latte. It tasted like toilet water. However made it did not know what they were doing. Worst coffee I've ever had!!!

I experienced racism by these two individuals they failed to make a pre ordered drink (after I was told in drive thru they couldn’t make drink) I walked in to establishment to get my order (process of making) when was told my order will be cancelled & I would be given a refund (NO REFUND GIVEN) I have receipt that indicates a refund; after they alt my order for a less amount on my app (because I was cooperative) this is discrimination and theft by TWO employees.
