I experienced racism by these two individuals they failed to make a pre ordered drink (after I was told in drive thru they couldn’t make drink) I walked in to establishment to get my order (process of making) when was told my order will be cancelled & I would be given a refund (NO REFUND GIVEN) I have receipt that indicates a refund; after they alt my order for a less amount on my app (because I was cooperative) this is discrimination and theft by TWO employees. It's starbucks get coffee
Employees have to make sure they are putting two cups on teas. I received my tea with one cup and it created a hole at the bottom because of how hot it was and it spilled in my car from the tea passing through the cup. I’m glad it didn’t damage my car but cleaning it was a hassle especially on the way to work.
This is the best Starbucks !
