The coffee tastes good, the staff provides good service, and the shop is neat and clean. I like it.
Ordered a HOT matcha in the drive thru this morning, I get up to the window and am offered an iced matcha. I say "Oh I wanted that hot" and the girl at the window looks confused. Whatever, I say that's fine and take the drink, I don't want to argue. I go to take a sip and the LID ISN'T EVEN ON. Milk all over my shirt and pants at 9am. Now I get to wear a drink I didn't even want all day Awesome Starbucks, for the love of God can you invest in some lids that actually FIT
I had a great experience at the drive thru this AM thanks to Gus! I was having trouble redeeming my stars in the app and he jumped right in to help without hesitation. He was incredibly proactive, kind and patient while sorting everything out. His positive attitude really made my day, thank you Gus!
I ordered a hot grande white chocolate mocha for togo. When i got home and tried it, it literally tasted like water, no coffee/espresso flavor, not even the white chocolate taste. I did call the place and let them know but was told that i need to add more pumps of espresso if i want more flavor . Well! I always order the same drink every time, never add or modify the drink and it comes out just fine. They made it sounded like im the one messed up the order. Unfortunately, this will be the last visit to this location.
