Honestly very disappointing service, took 11 minutes to make a drink, there was 2 people before me, the two ladies looked over it, not even making eye contact, I was on break, so I just asked for a refund since there was no urgency to make it. It’s not the first time I had to walk out. You guys really need to do something about this location, it’s a revolving door, people come and go maybe because of the service or they’re just don’t have any passion for customer service
I paid for four drinks: one Tall Caramel Ribbon Crunch, two Tall Cookie Crumble drinks, and a house-made chocolate milk. It took 20 minutes for my drinks to be made, which is unacceptable, especially when the order wasn’t complicated. I even left a tip, but after this experience, I was extremely disappointed. I recommend that management seriously reconsider who is in charge of running the afternoon shift. The service was extremely slow and poorly managed. I went to Starbucks with my family in this location poor customer service here.
Had a mobile order for a food item and I asked for them to fill my water for me and my baby and she wanted me to wait in the 10 person line to get a water when I already had an order
