Had a mobile order for a food item and I asked for them to fill my water for me and my baby and she wanted me to wait in the 10 person line to get a water when I already had an order

I go to Starbucks every once in a while, and I always get the same thing: the protein Matcha. The place was completely dead when I placed an order. When the person gave me the drink, it was completely white. I walked away, but I went. I said, "No, I pay for this." I have to go back and get the proper one, as I told the girl that this does not have matcha in it since it was white.
