The ladies in this Starbucks are so nice and they were super fast. Nice atmosphere.
I really enjoy coming into this store. I love the cup selection (my bad habit) that they sell. The service is always great and quick. Thanks to all the staff at this location. Great job.
Placed a mobile order for on store pick-up this morning and the app said it would be ready in 11 minutes. I head to the store and the drive thru is wrapped around the building. I proceed to park to pick up my order and there was a sign on the door that said they were closed until 5pm. Do better and care about your customers time. If the inside is not open set it up so that the location doesn’t accept in-store mobile pick-up. It’s really not that hard. Service is super slow and yesterday I received a water downed Latte. I will now save money and go back to making my coffee at home 🤷🏾♀️ Do better.
