the customer service is always amazing but jessica really goes above and beyond she is super kind and patient and was really helpful to me <33
The service was great. The ice to drink ratio is ridiculous!!! If I’m paying almost 7 for a grande latte then 2/3 of my drink should not be ice. I took like 8 sips and was done!!! Very disappointed, especially when the grande refresher I bought had little ice.
This used to be one of my favorite Starbucks, but for some reason they tell me to pull up and wait in front of the store for my order every single time now, and I could be wrong, but it seems like they do it to everybody. I never order food or dessert items, so I don't understand why I'm being asked to pull around every time now. I guess they are trying to lower drive-thru times, but this is VERY annoying. I go to the locations on 138, 278, and Lake Dow(McDonough) now.
