I’m a regular customer. I just had a mocha cookie crumble. It was like a water. I was disappointed.
What happened to this Starbucks? Service has been downhill lately. They’re always out of products, and sometimes, they let you order before realizing they’re out of products. They were out of caramel on several occasions, and they were also out of cheese danishes on one occasion. I had to be refunded because she had already put the order in. Also, the restaurant is never open during designated times….today, they had a meeting until 5pm, so the restaurant was closed. It would be different if this was not a common occurrence. ... read more
