I experienced racism by these two individuals they failed to make a pre ordered drink (after I was told in drive thru they couldn’t make drink) I walked in to establishment to get my order (process of making) when was told my order will be cancelled & I would be given a refund (NO REFUND GIVEN) I have receipt that indicates a refund; after they alt my order for a less amount on my app (because I was cooperative) this is discrimination and theft bu TWO employees. The staff are polite and friendly, but the seating is uncomfortable.
i was in the cafe in line when i overheard some blonde lady come from one of the tables go up and ask a disabled lady if she was gonna buy a water. it was almost 90 degrees and denied her service. was very rude and condescending. she needs to be fired if she is acting like that to customers. i can’t imagine what kind of a boss she is.
