I had the worst Starbucks experience today at this location. Apparently there’s a new policy where you have to order something right away it seems? I’ve never gone to work at a cafe and not purchased something, but didn’t realize I needed to buy right away. Honestly I’ve never ever had an issue being asked to buy or get out. Anywhere. Lobby closes at 7 😕
The crew here late night is amazing they are very accommodating and patient friendly fun and understanding. I wish I could remember the names of the workers who were helping us allowing us to order inside even tho they had just closed seconds after we walked inside. They were so chill and fun definitely recommend this location not to mention they get it right Everytime. They are true baristas. Unlike some of the other nearby locations. I love Starbucks. I have loved it for years. Great hot chocolate. Lots of goodies and the grilled cheese sandwiches are amazing.
