Friendly service. Could improve the atmosphere in the waiting area as many times they have more than 1 person waiting for their orders at a time. Liked Starbucks a little better when they had coffee and donuts on the menu together. Everyone else seemed to talk higher of the company as well.
Worst service I’ve ever had ordered my coffee asked for no foam. Not only did I have foam, but the cup was half full with it. I had a half a cup of coffee. To be honest as high as Starbucks has raised their coffee I’m not paying for that kind of service and getting a half a cup of coffee you guys can keep it
Didn't have their food but drinks were good & clean inside.
The front of the house worker spoke to me so rudely that it was actually jarring
Friendly staff. Greeted as you walk in. Takes your drink and food orders and prepares them in a timely manner. Has seating to have a visit with your friend and drink your favorite beverage. Or have to do some cramming for that test or catch up on homework.
