I only use this location when I’m desperate, and I’ve given them many chances. For the last year my drink orders are awful. They need to train these baristas and make sure they know how to make a proper cappuccino, even the frozen drink was awful. They’re always friendly but seriously, can someone teach them how to make a proper drink?
This has to be the worst Starbucks I have been to. The coffee taste terrible, they need more training how to make the drinks. I’ve never had such a terrible experience with any Starbucks. And after reading all the reviews I know I’m not wrong! Please train ur people correctly!!!!! And also my cup wasn’t even full! This is the 3rd time this happens, won’t be giving them anymore chances. Terrible place!
Hispanic people BEWARE. The baristas here are clearly racists and discriminated me and my mom heavily. I went to get coffee with my mom and we got there when the facility was empty. After that I noticed that more people came in and noticed that they all received the orders before me. I asked 4 baristas about my order since at that point I had waited 15 minutes and all customers after me received their order.
