This Starbucks location serves some of the worst coffee I’ve ever had. Some of their coffee like Coffee Misto and Nitro Cold Brew are barely distinguishable from regular drip coffee with milk. For the price they charge, you get bland, watery, and overpriced drink without any foam. Definitely not worth the money.

They ran out of milk but did not tell me for a whopping 25 minutes and had me waiting. I asked about my drink for 2 times and the staff decided to ignore me. One of the staff almost threw a tantrum when she heard me moaning about not getting my drink. The staff was constantly chatting amongst themselves instead of making the orders even though there were tons of orders to be completed.

Worst experience ever. I go in and ask the person if they have pineapple cake. The guy confirms they do have it. I pay for it and stand there waiting for 15 mins. After such a long wait I ask the barista about my order and she says, they don’t sell any pineapple cakes. The other barista yells from the other corner to give me a refund. They make me wait another 5 mins just to refund me because they have to get another staff member out from the back. Starbucks is honestly garbage now. Keep your coffee and pastries
