so I’m definitely thinking it’s a language thing because every time when I give my order I’m very clear once I get if something else on the receipt, you say one thing and they repeat something different like avoid this one at all cause
I ordered my coffee 30 minutes ahead through the app and arrived when it showed my drink was ready for pickup. However, I ended up standing there waiting another 20 minutes with no sign of my order. The staff seemed unorganized and unsure of what they were doing. At one point, I saw a woman holding my cup, but she clearly didn’t know how to make the drink. I really don't understand why I WON'T get cream if I ordered oatmilk and soymilk even if I PAID for the cream?? And stuff there is so RUDE and TERRIBLE, when I tried to communicate, she even rolled her eyes and avoid talking to me.
