It's not drive-thru
Not the most typical Starbucks brand experience I would have expected. I waited for about 1 minute before finally being greeted. After that, the service continued to go downhill. The person in front of me had their name called when their beverage was ready, but mine was just placed on the counter. They even received a thank you for coming. Staff was very rude, acted more important than customers. Service was bad, coffee was awful.
