I come weekly to this location and always get the same drink. Usually its amazing but today it was horrible. The refresher looked like water and had no flavor. I asked them to remake it and the 2nd time was as bad if not worse. I dont think I'll be back. I paid over $6 for basically a flavored water, if you can even call it that. Im so disappointed

Very disappointing experience at this Starbucks location. I asked the staff for the restroom code and they refused to give it to me. At the same time, a white lady came in and asked for the restroom and they gave her the code immediately. We arrived at the same time. That felt very unfair and unprofessional. Starbucks should treat all customers equally.
I echo what others said - wrong order, bland coffee, more expensive, no place to sit. Coffee tastes better at a cafeteria with an automatic coffee machine
