Service is good. The food took a bit of time to come out, but it was warm and good. The lattes are always made well here. It’s my go-to coffee shop, and it doesn’t disappoint.
Keeping it factual, weird experience as a tourist and former sbuxer: birthday drink ordered in the middle of the day, one simple customization. Took 25 minutes, came back nasty/not what was ordered, wrote nothing on the cup. 4-5 people behind the counter. Location needs training :) Edited to add ten minutes later I saw an employee roll her eyes in the face of a customer who was asking about his drink because it’s been so long. This is so weird lol and I am speaking from personal experience
As an Italian, I've always held a genuine appreciation for Starbucks, admiring its inviting locations, quality products, and consistently friendly staff. After traveling predominantly in Europe for the past five or six years, I hadn't been to the US in quite some time, so I entered this Boston location with confident, positive expectations.
