I went to this location looking just for a small cup of water. Instead, I was greeted with rudeness and attitude from the “barista” I asked. I had to “buy” something to be served water. It was 90° outside and all I wanted was a small cup of tap water. Btw there’s a state law in Massachusetts that restaurants and businesses are supposed to serve tap water to all guests without having to “buy” something. Unbelievable. What kind of Starbucks is this. I’m boycotting 🥴
The baristas here are amazing!! So attentive, attention to detail to make your drink great. Love this store
Unfortunately, they never get your order right at this Starbucks. I’ve given it a few tries and they never fail at incorrectly or burning the coffee for my drink.
Poor customer service today. I came in to pick up my drink. I saw that they had not put extra cold foam which I was charged for. I asked a tall blonde girl running mobile orders if she could please add more foam (I showed her a picture of what my drink usually looks like). She didn’t even offer to remake it and had such an annoying attitude. I asked if she could add more ice and she refused. In the end she hesitantly offered to add a little more of the cold foam.
