Sooooo bad! Ten minutes waiting for the restrooms, and the staff wouldn’t open the second one because the have “norms”. Worst experience in a Starbucks ever, either in Europe, US or Canada…
I tend to go to this starbucks often, especially now that the matcha lattes are here. However, I've noticed that if I order the drink there is a lot of foam and once the drink settles the drink I ordered becomes more of a grande instead of a venti. When I normally order Ill ask the barista to make it with the least amount of foam so that I get a full venti instead of a settled grande. Today I was in class and preordered.
