Lazy and nasty. Barista picking her nose and ears. I spent money and just left cause it was so nasty.
The Staff at the Boston Children’s location is BEYOND phenomenal. Their customer service is outstanding. Each more I watch them brighten the faces of the hospital staff, patients and all who have the pleasure of interacting with them. This by FAR one of the BEST Starbucks crews and locations. Even when they are super busy they still find a way to make their customers feel welcomed and appreciated. And their music selection each day is my favorite part. Please don’t change anything about this store.

This store always has rude baristas. For $8 per coffee, I expect a more pleasant experience. I literally go to the other Starbucks a block away because the baristas are friendly and smile
