Bought a caramel macchiato the other day from here after their "update". The employee was new and the only one working. It took her multiple times to make the drink due to complications from their espresso machine. It tasted fine afterwards, but the lack of help and training left this place unprepared for it's new opening. It may improve once more people are on site and better trained.
Pretty disappointed by silly policy. I was waiting for someone and took my dog out on the parking lot for a few minutes. Then I saw Starbucks and decided to grab a coffee. Since I didn’t want to go inside with the pit bull, I stopped at drive through and wasted my time because apparently they only take orders if you are in the vehicle. Meanwhile, worker saw me and I explained that I was with a dog. So leaving this review and hoping you will change this ridiculous policy. Orange hair lady clearly hated working here! Poor service and attitude…. Customer service failure Starbucks!!!!
This is one of my absolute favorite Starbucks. Although my order is pretty plain Jane and simple I'm surprised and how many times other places actually get it wrong. But not the case at nearest Starbucks it is correct every time. Plus the baristas are always very friendly and helpful
