I’m not usually one to complain but I have had multiple experiences with a specific employee and her attitude sucks. My first experience I had gone in with my husband and my daughter. We were looking over the menu and because we weren’t ready when she was there was a lot of attitude and thrown around body language as she sighed at us because my daughter didn’t know what she wanted. Stood there For about 15 minutes without even being acknowledged. I was the second person to walk away.
I always love going to Starbucks when I get the chance. They have good customer service and they always serve the best cup of coffee ☕😊
