This shop is located in target. The service is outstanding by Thais. She is the only person there and does a great job! Typically there is a line, but she keeps it moving. She knows the drink recipes well and provides very polite and friendly service.
Almost ten minutes before close, I ask for an espresso and am told that they're cleaning the machine. Don't turn your machines off before close! Left this location without getting anything except excuses.
Employee Id # 75816037! She was so unprofessional! I said Hi! No answer! Didn’t provided me a bag, had to asked for one, neither gave a my receipt, told her that it was gift, just in case person didn’t like it! Here explaining myself when I was the customer! She was telling her coworker why are we so busy, I don’t wanna be here! Wish I could give her 0 stars! Managers PLEASE SPEAK TO HER! Also treated the lady behind me rudely
