It should be open sooner than 6:30a.m. A lot of people stay here to fly out the next morning. If not 5:00 or 5:30a.m. then at least 6:00a.m.?? Not Starbucks fault for the atmosphere, it's right next to a smoking friendly casino. Not the best idea. Service depends on who is working and how much they care. Some don't seem like they want to be there or help you at all. Been in multiple times. Otherwise typical decent Starbucks drinks and food.
Terrible service. It took 30 minutes to get 2 drinks by ordering on the app. Someone who came to the store 15 minutes after I ordered and ordered at the store got their drink 10 minutes before we got ours.
The barista are always so happy and cheerful and so friendly & kind.....They do an Amazing job! I truly enjoy coming to this location everyday to buy an ice matcha tea....They does an Amazing job recognizing everyone with a smile.
I approached the register and said good morning to young African American guy. Short, thick build. I said good morning 3 times before he opened his mouth and said a word to me. He just stood there frowned up. No smile, no greeting, nothing!!!!!! It's pretty sad when you have to force someone in the service industry to offer a simple greeting. I would suggest putting him in the kitchen where he's not in front dealing with people.
The manager Stephanie helped me book a hotel when I was lost ... I have never been to this city she went way beyond customer service.Thank you
