Terrible service. It took 30 minutes to get 2 drinks by ordering on the app. Someone who came to the store 15 minutes after I ordered and ordered at the store got their drink 10 minutes before we got ours.
The barista are always so happy and cheerful and so friendly & kind.....They do an Amazing job! I truly enjoy coming to this location everyday to buy an ice matcha tea....They does an Amazing job recognizing everyone with a smile.
I approached the register and said good morning to young African American guy. Short, thick build. I said good morning 3 times before he opened his mouth and said a word to me. He just stood there frowned up. No smile, no greeting, nothing!!!!!! It's pretty sad when you have to force someone in the service industry to offer a simple greeting. I would suggest putting him in the kitchen where he's not in front dealing with people.
