I visited starbucks at the Horsehoe in St.Louis. placed my order, saw that she was making it an iced coffee instead of hot. I said excuse me I wanted hot coffee not iced. She SLAMMED down the cup and huffed turned around and said you asked for an iced latte,I said no actually I didnt I asked if you could make a certain flavor then I recieved more attitude so I told her just make whatever and stepped into the hallway to wait.
