I recently visited this location for the second time, and unfortunately, I encountered several issues during my experience. The drive-thru representative did not demonstrate the level of customer service I expected. Additionally, the sandwich I received was cold in the middle, and my White Chocolate Mocha contained an excessive amount of caramel.
