I visited this place to order a chai latte, and unfortunately, the experience was really disappointing. Initially, they didn’t even ask me about my milk preference, and I forgot to specify it myself. When I realized I can’t have regular milk and asked if they could make it with oat milk, the staff member agreed but became visibly annoyed when I asked for two stevias and some cinnamon.
