I order via mobile about 5 times a week here. They keep giving me an iced drink when I order a hot one. This has happened 3 times in 2 weeks. I have a very short break and don’t have time to wait for them to make me a new one. It’s a bad way to start my day.
I’m adding this just because I’m quite tired of getting my coffee with three inches of foam.. Basically paying for air now, and this NOT the first time. 🫥🫥 The baristas should know the milk quantity when they steam it.
To the rude barista that said called the order for a cheddar sausage but then said “the person walked away before their name could be taken” I never said that. The rude ass Barista who butchered my name the last time didn’t take my name. Why the hell would I walk off with my name being taken down. Next time tell your incompetent workers to write people’s name down before they send the order off to be completed.
