I have been a loyal customer at this establishment for the past three years, visiting almost every morning and spending thousands of dollars here. This morning, I waited at the counter for quite some time, but no one was available to take my order as the staff seemed focused on mobile orders. Understanding they were busy, I decided to sit down and wait while eating my breakfast. The water was cold but I couldn’t reccomend it on the review
Went there today on my birthday to redeem a birthday reward for a free drink or food item. They said they couldn't honor it. Starbucks does have a birthday rewards program so I'll just go to another location but wow, what terrible attitude! Then they said to call the customer helpline if I needed help. It's Sunday. Oh and then I asked if there was a washroom I could use? They said they didn't have one but that I could use one in the grocery store next door. Only if I made a purchase.
