General manager of this Starbucks is awful. She was rude, impatient, skimpy with drinks, and on her phone the whole time, believe her name was Ray. Would recommend going to another Starbucks.
This is an overdue review since Memorial day weekend. We went in to order drinks but the girl with curly short hair was rushing our orders and was really impatient. The worst part was that she doesn't know how to make franpacino! She didn't put any coffee shots in them. When we asked her, she had the confidence to tell us franpacino should never have any coffee in it! She should get retrained or fired! We went online to show her the receipt but she still rejected to make them right. So we asked her for a refund of 2 coffees.... read more
Super busy in the morning. Only have three outlet. Wish they didnt close at 6pm. Sadly right next to a school so the kids are always coming over and ruining the patio
