Seriously my best experience at a Starbucks ever. Thank you Marisa for 5 star service, for helping me with my app and for advising another customer that she could leave a tip for valet by scanning the back of her card after she was told she couldn't get cash back if paying by visa. Marisa was very helpful to everyone while I was there. Top notch service with a smile! And they even spelled my name right this time . #youshouldbehere

I spent 4 days at Sqcuan and get Starbucks daily. I had the worst experience on Saturday 4/6/24 ordered a venti matcha which was basically all ice after asking it be made with lite ice I returned less than 5 minutes later to show them only to have to reorder and pay again for my same drink which still was made with to much ice. So I paid for my drink twice and both times service was poor and drinks were 80% ice full. I let the cashier know and they didn't care, so I spent over $15 for a matcha drink which is not hard to make... read more
