Waitresses were rude.
I want to start by saying the baristas at this location have always been incredibly kind and welcoming and honestly, that’s what made it hard for me to leave a review like this. I don’t enjoy conflict or being overly critical, especially when the people are so genuinely nice. That said, I’ve been ordering the same drink, a shaken espresso with classic and vanilla syrup, for a while now, and lately, it just hasn’t been right. This location is quick, kind, and when they mess up they make it right. I work at 5:30a and the tone in the store when I get my coffee sets the mood for the day. Love it here!
