Not able to comment on the food or coffee. Showed up at 7:05AM and was told opening is not until 7:15-730AM, despite the posted signage saying 7am opening.
Great customer service but takes a while.
The lady there doesn’t have a good attitude and make bad coffee. This is the iced pecan crunch, there is almost no foam on top as it should. And the quality of drinks is consistently bad as long as she makes it. ———————Update 9/30————— Owner’s response explains why this store has bad review and completely disappointed me so I am lowering my rating from 2 stars to 1. the worst Starbucks in the world, a real dump, it serves old and cold coffee, the 2 attendants are rude and do it unwillingly, even McDonald's coffee is better
I miss the old staff they had.. John, Jennifer, Sarah, and Ellie! But Cecila and Lydia are definitely amazing people! Everyday I stop by they always memorize my favorite drink in the morning and they always take so great care of me by welcoming me with amazing personality and kindness! I always adore them! Cecila and Lydia thank you always for all that you do.
