I saw the 3 star rating and hesitated but it turned out that I was overthinking. My assumption is that the Starbucks is located in the hospital and there are a couple of guys who were outside of the hospital trying to speak with you and they're a little scary which contributed to the low score. I have to say the service is good and I had a bagel there which was pretty yummy. The staff asked me if I want cream or butter. I chose butter and they give me two. Very unprofessional! Staff members were more engaged with their friends who were congregating. One staff member was on her personal cell phone, while preparing drinker. This is the worse Starbucks ever. For the longevity of this establishment retraining is essential.
