Extra expensive and understaffed
The employees were extremely polite with my complicated order. The service was fast as well.
My wife is in ICU here at Cooper. I have been here for hours on New Year’s Eve. All I wanted was a grilled cheese sandwich and a hot chocolate. Out of grilled cheese! The hot chocolate tasted like soapy hot water. I gave it back. They offered to make another but it was so bad, I did not want to try another
Extremely slow service although there were not alot of people waiting. A staff member was making his own drinks behind the counter while on his personal phone. Never saw him wash his hands as he went behind the counter from walking into the store.
