I love the barista she remembers my drink when I walk through the door
i'm grabbing a coffee while my mother is in critical condition. your employee AMBER had a nasty attitude cutting me off and plain rude. didn't respond to a single thank you, and didn't even offer a receipt just walked away from me, (it was not busy ) when they made the drink, she slapped my drink in front of me with no announcement that it was mine or whatnot. so i grabbed it, i asked if my cup size was the correct one i ordered, she got an attitude about my question and when i walked away she was laughing with her other cow... read more
The workers there are extremely unprofessional and immature making comments loud enough for customers to hear. Orders are always being input or made wrong when ordering at the register which shows how much they’re paying attention. And it was not even busy so that can’t be used as an excuse. Starbucks needs to do better with who they hire.
I had to change my review. I’m glad to see how Starbucks really care about their customers.. If you visit this hospital I recommend this Starbucks.. I was really in a lot of pain experiencing watching a love 1 suffer.I had a mix up with my drink & they were very professional taking care of it..
Isaiah made my Drinks with love…and SoSo my sandwich amazing
