Had to wait 4 times for a cup of coffee for over 10-20 min just for them to say they forgot after I gave them a name and money and when the store had about 4 people waiting.
They make drinks wrong, charge extra, and overall customer satisfaction is below 1 star. To elaborate the pumpkin chai is supposed to come with pumpkin cream foam .. they don’t put it on unless they charge you for it .. and on top of that they give you the wrong type of foam or syrup in the drink. They seem to have a problem when you ask them if it could be fixed in a nicely matter along with rubbing your nose… digging in your ear WITH gloves on, then proceeding to make my drink wrong that i paid extra for unnecessarily.
I was disappointed because they made my order wrong twice. I ordered a pumpkin spice chai latte grande and they gave me a small first. Then I told them they got it wrong but remade in a regular and have it to me. I have up and was charged for a grande when I got a regular.
