The workers are always respectful and make me feel welcome. My drinks are prepared quickly every time definitely my favorite coffee shop in Ankeny!

I always go to the Starbucks in Ankeny on Delaware. I accidentally placed an ordered at another Ankeny location. Jillian was very kind and accommodating and she did not have to because it was my mistake. She took care of my order so that I didn't have e to drive through construction. Great service.
