On two separate occasions I've ordered from this location and they've given me dairy when I asked for almond milk. They put zero syrup in my coffee even though it specified on my ticket. Please train staff to read orders properly.
This Starbucks needs better staffing, training, and management support. For three days in a row, service was extremely slow and the pickup counter was so overcrowded with drinks that there was literally no space for additional orders. Management should have adjusted staffing after the first day and created a better system for organizing orders. The staffs were really rude and talked amongst each other and took 20 mins to get my order
