This is one of the busiest locations I've ever been too. They always remain professional and courteous, even when they are overwhelmed.
This place was a complete chaotic mess today. We ordered off the app and it was a 90 minute wait. When we got there, someone else had picked up our order because there were no names on the pick up orders. Either shut down the app when things are crazy or get better management.
This Starbucks NEEDS to figure out the drive-thru line!!! Cars coming at THREE DIFFERENT directions is insane! Some cars can't even get out of their parking spots because cars are in line waiting. The wait is ridiculous, it's just chaotic. Some of the staff are nice and others could be a little more friendly. Drinks are consistent here thankfully.
