Everything was very good, and the service was excellent.

Guy takes my order, repeats it back to me wrong, I correct it, he asks me to repeat it a second time, then after 15 minutes the order is completely wrong. As in ordered a matcha tea iced but got a hot black coffee wrong. Left the drink at the counter because I would have missed my train waiting for the remake and they probably would have screwed out up anyway.
