I usually get amazing drinks from here but lately they have been lacking in producing good drinks, I have walked out of Starbucks disappointed ........I don't think it's the baristas fault, I think they just need more training in to make good lattes.
Poor customer service. Store layout and cleanliness makes it look empty and miserable. Not sure why or how this location maintains the right to serve reserve coffee and nitro cold brew…
Amor is the friendliest person in there! If you walk in and are feeling so-so, look at Amor and you immediately smile. Amor is a very upbeat person and always a pleasure to speak with!!
I do like coming to this location however I feel that they could do better in customer satisfaction This is how my breakfast sandwich came poor delivery! I could have went to Dunkin to get better presentation of a hot I spent my money!
