Waiting 15 minutes for a drink is outrageous
Normally when I go in, they’re okay but yesterday was the worst. When I went in, there were only 2 other customers in the store. So I went to the register since there was no line. The cashier was alright, but the baristas were absolutely terrible. Since I was the first one to order in line, I should have been in and out. Instead the baristas took care of all the mobile app orders and forgot about the in store customers.
