Waited 28 minutes for 2 Caramel macchiado. Bad service
I waited in front of the counter for more than ten minutes, but the person who was supposed to take my order didn’t acknowledge me at all. When I asked if someone was available to take my order, the staff member said, “It’s just me and I’m busy right now,” without offering any apology for the delay or showing any concern. I felt completely ignored and disrespected as a customer.
They have messed up my order multiple times in a row
What can I say other than that Starbucks has definitely set the standard for quality coffees and establishments. For one location to stand over the others would be a feat of excellence. This location meets the standard across the board.
