Customer service was terrible!!
Customer service needs work
Terrible customer service. Staff was rude, order was wrong, and no one seemed to care. Wouldn’t recommend this location.
Visitors beware there could be hundreds of H staff in line before you via phone and Internet orders. I waited over 25 minutes, after tipping, for a drink they lost in the system overloaded with Internet and phone orders. Get that latte before or after, or risk spending valuable family visits watching baristas flail around in Starbucks.
