We’re lucky to have a Starbucks near us with such an outstanding barista. Every time we come in, Miles is incredibly kind, upbeat, and genuinely welcoming. He remembers faces, greets everyone with such a positive attitude, and goes out of his way to make the experience a good one. What stands out most is how gracious he is if someone doesn’t love their drink, he’s always happy to remake it without any attitude or making anyone feel bad.
