I’m extremely disappointed in how Starbucks has handled my son’s severe dairy allergy. On three separate occasions, he has been given dairy despite my clear instructions. The first time, milk was used instead of oat milk in his Frappuccino. The second time, whipped cream was put on his drink and instead of remaking it, the barista scraped it off. The baristas here are friendly and the store is clean and bright. I come here a lot while in town for work and it’s consistently good.
You know I love Starbucks! Tried the Pecan Oatmilk Cortado. Really good! Has a kick to it! The staff was so friendly! Enjoyed their energy! Wife ordered the Matcha Latte with Strawberry. She loved it! Indoor seating as well as outdoor.
