The atmosphere is great along the Riverfront. Easy access to things. I've had a few run ins with staff in terms of attitude and communication, even after going daily. The employees has been changing over time, but... I literally had to call Customer Service and got flack from the employee I reported later...
All of the the staff here are very friendly!
The girls that work at this location are really nice & I love that they sometimes leave notes on the cup covers. It is appreciated, if they’re reading this. I order the same thing at Starbucks at all locations & it was consistently good. 5 stars for the amazing customer service.
