What in the hell This is absolutely ridicolous. Today I received a sticky cup drink iced vanilla latte ordered on uber eats with cold foam, i received. A spilled drink No ZERO ice in a coffee order and nothing but warm milk missing everything spilled sticky on outside and warm. You have got to be kidding me and rage baiting me. I don't live far away and will never order again. Beware Friday around 1:00 pm. I will never order again. Avoid!! How do you do that to someone??!! $ I need my money back apology today
Awful service got charged extra did not get a refund when I asked for bigger size than they gave attitude, did not get my order right either had to go back to them twice to finally get my order right. Paid extra 60cents for extra caramel and got only one pump, watched them do my drink as well. Awful service at this Starbucks so disappointed.
Very good location. This unit is very well decorated with a sofa and curtains. Employees very friendly.
Came in this morning with my co-worker waiting up at the register for 5mins, felt like 10mins. Even the person behind me asked, "Are you guys in line" I said, "Yes, but apparently we're invisible" He replied, "Yes im noticing that" 6 employees Behind the counter. Bringing drinks, talking to two customers at the counter waving them good bye, while we're standing there. Going in n out of the back room. No acknowledgement. No apologies.
