I love Starbucks latte but can’t drink without syrup. This is third time they forgot to add syrup despite I extra pay for it. Don’t make me dislike my fav coffee, please!
I ordered a venti ice espresso with cold foam on top, but SHE gave me a grande one. When I said it wasn’t correct, SHE POUR IT INTO THE VENTI CUP INFRONT OF ME INSTEAD OF MAKING A NEW ONE!! ( I usually come here, this time is the worst)
