Perfect drinks
Got there 6 minutes before closing which the guy at the counter immediately shouted at me. I figured a coffee wouldn’t take long to fix, except when you do it wrong. He slid the iced coffee to me and I told him I wanted hot. I never said iced coffee. The girl there was very polite and offered to remake it while the guy walked away. Must have had a really bad day. I’m not from here but if I was I wouldn’t go back.
I’ve never complained about anything much, but this particular Starbucks location seems to prioritize profit over customer service. The staff is incredibly rude and unfriendly. For instance, this guy was counting money with gloves on while touching the food I ordered. It was gross and I didn’t want to say anything because I don’t like conflicts with people. I’ve been to all the Starbucks downtown, but this one always seems annoyed. I come here because it’s close to my work, and i come at the afternoon.
