Came in 15 before close, NEEDED a double shot redeem. Very courteous. Ended up with a cold brew, but still happy with it
This place has good reviews, so I'm assuming my experience wasn't typical. I was the only vehicle in the drive through this morning around 0610. I ordered 4 drinks- 3 iced and 1 hot chai. This order took just under 10 minutes! I could see the counter from the service window. When they finally arrived the lady was nice and said to have a good day, but now one word on how long this took! No explanation, no sorry. I would have been understanding if any explanation was given.
