Staff is incredibly rude. Even to Macy’s employees. They have a special for employees that they can save their cup and refill it later on for free. The woman working right now is as rude as it gets. On the phone as usual, standing away from the actual shop as uninterested as it gets. She made up her own rule to not have to take her hands out of her pockets and make a cup of coffee. Terrible place 10 days ago I purchased house coffee with creamer I did not give tip as it was so simple and they gave me coffee literally cold This is the worst starbucks you need to change workers
La peor experiencia la vive esta tarde con mi familia asiste a este lugar y las 2 perras que tienen hay fueron bien grosera y arrogante con las niñas y conmigo todo lo que pedimos lo hicieron de mala gana y tirado miraron mal a todos si no están preparada para a tender persona no trabajen que nadie fue a pedir donde yo pago mi dinero deben atenderme bien y ellas no están preparada para lidiar con personas que valla a comprar
