Not a Starbucks fan, but their Frapachino is sinfully good. Location location location..... they have them in Dedham
I’ve never seen such miserable people in my life than when I step into this location. Never smile, look up and look totally bothered when asking a simple question. If you don’t like dealing with the public, go find a job somewhere else. Sadly this is the closest location to where I work but honestly am thinking about driving the extra distance
Over the last two years I have tried this Starbucks several times to see if they can ever get it right. Customer Service, the attitude, drinks and orders being completely wrong, and terrible energy.. My patience has worn thin, and the people who work here are obscene ; like you’re asking them for a favor instead of making an order that you’re paying for. This Starbucks literally sucks. First time I came here employee blew her nose and didn’t wash her hands and proceeded to make drinks. Second time I waited in the drive through for 25 mins. Will not come back ever again .
I’m not sure what’s been going on lately, but the drinks have not been to the standards that they were in the past. This is my second time ordering a drink and it does not taste the way that I ordered it.
