Awesome
25 minutes for a coffee. Customers were upset but the employees are not professional at all! They talked about customers instead to serve quickly. Sorry but we paid a lot of money for our coffees to receive a terrible service.
Waited 26 minutes for my Chai Latte!! Got my food in 10mins but my drink was obviously forgotten. The 4 people in line who ordered AFTER me already got there orders and I was literally the ONLY customer in the store still waiting. None of the employees asked why I was still waiting and the manager Eric was very argumentative and unapologetic! Also refused to refund my drink. I will NEVER stop at this Starbucks again!
