This morning two girls were working when I came in with my 3 kiddos, one of them is a week old. They both complimented how cute he was and the one who made my drink wrote a message on my cup that just made my day saying congrats on my beautiful baby! Just wanted to say that their kindness goes a long way!
Ok, I’ve been here a few times on a quick caffeine addicts journey, alas it’s never over, and I always enjoy customer service, but the two young people in there (forget their names but I certainly remember how they treated me) did a phenomenal job and are always so happy. LET ME TIP THEM gosh dang it (I was told by their manager they aren’t allowed to be tipped, which I personally believe is wrong) Went in today, had two other girls, and they helped me out and the one darker woman fixed a drink for me. Very upset that I go here EVEN tip every-time . subpar service or snark from an (it didn’t happen today) operator for lack of communication. Last time going to this location
