Love this location. I am not a Starbucks regular, but always have a great experience when I pop in here. The staff are kind and attentive and greet everyone as the enter and know several regulars by name. Glad they are close by when I do need a pick-me-up :)
Stopped into the Starbucks in Boston and had such a great experience, all thanks to Liz behind the counter! From the moment we walked in, she was all smiles, super welcoming, and made us feel like regulars even though it was our first time at this location. Liz was incredibly friendly, patient while we decided on our drinks, and gave some solid recommendations (which hit the spot). The staff members are nice. (That’s why I am reluctant to give the store 1 star.) However, just want to remind everyone to check your take-outs first. The chocolate croissant in my order, when I checked it after getting back to the hotel, was apparently bitten by somebody else; and it was put back - so gross. Had to throw it away. Don’t know what was going on there. Be careful about your food.
Usually quick, and can take forever. Where I get my early Coffee from for a very long time.
