I’ve been to this place a few times, and this is the first time something like this has happened. One of the staff reached over to the payment machine and selected the highest tip without asking me. I’m honestly quite confused by that. Is this your usual service practice?
Hit or miss, either too sweet when you specified pumps of syrups or your drinking mainly milk and a splash of coffee.
Aside from some wait times, this place is by far one of the best Starbucks I have ever been to. I am not a Starbucks girl, but because I am traveling this is the most convenient thing to work. These ladies are ALWAYS on it. They all know my order and have it ready before I even get to the counter. I saw people griping about the tip screen - who cares? If you don’t want to tip then don’t. Regardless, I highly recommend this location. They are AMAZING

waited in line for 20 minutes just for them to not have what i wanted, other starbucks are professional and put a sign up, long line and inconvenient
